If your balance shows nothing after logging in all of a sudden, please consider the following reasons.
1. You made a mistake by creating new account.
2. You had an account that you made by mistake in the past and used it for logging into the website this time.
3. You didn't know your login email address and password and logged in from Facebook.

Even if you verify your identity with the new account, it will not be automatically linked to the original account.
