- If you've forgotten your password, check your email inbox or other email folders for an email with the subject "[bitcastle] Welcome to bitcastle MT5. Your login detail". This email contains the correct login details.
3. Trading outside of trading hours:
- It's possible that you're trying to trade outside of the available trading hours. Some financial instruments may have specific trading hours. If trading is restricted to certain time periods, you won't be able to place new orders outside of those hours.
4. Trading restrictions:
There may be trading restrictions set for your trading account or trading server. These restrictions can include minimum or maximum trade sizes, limitations on specific financial instruments, etc. Please check the settings for any trading restrictions.
5. Insufficient account balance:
If you have insufficient funds or margin in your account, you won't be able to place new orders. Please ensure that your account balance meets the minimum margin requirement for placing orders.
