Here are the steps for registering with bitcastle and depositing funds into your FX account:
[Identity Verification]
You can submit your identity verification documents using one of the following two methods:
Submitting Documents Immediately After Registering User Information:
(1) Complete the user information registration.
After registration, a prompt will appear on the screen to submit your identity verification documents. Follow the instructions to provide the required information and documents.
(2)Submitting Documents After Logging into the bitcastle Website via "Account Level":

1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.Hover over the person icon in the top right corner and click "Account Level."
3.Click "Level Up."
4.Click "Next."
[Mobile Web]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.Tap the person icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3.Tap "Account Level."
4.Tap the ">" icon at the bottom of the screen.
5.Tap "Level Up."
6.Tap "Next."
[App]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.Tap the person icon in the top left corner of the screen.
3.Tap "Account Level," then tap "Level Up."
4.Tap "Next."
You will then be directed to the screen where you can submit your identity verification documents. Detailed instructions on the required documents will be displayed on the screen. Follow these instructions to provide the necessary information and documents.
[Deposit Methods]
[PC]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.After logging in to bitcastle, click "Switch to FX."
3.Hover over "Deposit" in the top right corner of the screen and click "Deposit FX."
4.Under "Select Currency," choose JPY (Japanese Yen).
5.The "Deposit to wallet" will be set to "MT5 Wallet" by default.
6.Under "Deposit Method," select "JPY Bank Transfer・No Fees."
7.If you have multiple FX accounts, select the account you wish to deposit into under the "Account" field.
8.Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the "Amount" field. The minimum deposit amount is 500 JPY. *Effective from October 1, 12:00 PM (JST)
9.After confirming that the amount is correct, click "Next."
The "Recipient's Information," "Deposit amount," and Important Notes for Bank Transfers will be displayed. Please read carefully and click "Confirm."
The "Recipient's Information" refers to the bank account where you will transfer the funds after completing the deposit request.
10.Once the message "Your deposit request is created successfully." is displayed, the deposit request is complete.
11.An email with the subject "【bitcastle】 bitcastle's FX account (MT5) deposit request" will be sent to your registered email address. This email will contain the same bank account information as displayed earlier. Please transfer the funds from your bank account to the specified bank account.
[Mobile Web]
1.Log in to bitcastle.
2.After logging in to bitcastle, tap the person icon in the top right corner of the screen and click "Switch to FX."
3.Tap the person icon in the top right corner of the screen and tap "Deposit."
4.Under "Deposit Method," select "JPY Bank Transfer・No Fees."
5.If you have multiple FX accounts, select the account you wish to deposit into under the "Account" field.
8.Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the "Amount" field. The minimum deposit amount is 500 JPY. *Effective from October 1, 12:00 PM (JST)
9.After confirming that the amount is correct, click "Next."

10.Review the details, including the expected amount to be received, and click "Confirm."
The bank account information and deposit amount will be displayed. At this point, you can either transfer the funds or take a screenshot of the information for later use.
11.An email with the subject "【bitcastle】 bitcastle's FX account (MT5) deposit request" will be sent to your registered email address. This email will contain the same bank account information as displayed earlier. Please transfer the funds from your bank account to the specified bank account.
