This article explains how to reset your login password if you have forgotten it for the bitcastle official website.
⚠️ Important Notice
If you have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you will be required to enter your 2FA recovery/verification code during the password reset process.

💻 📱 On PC / Mobile Web
1.Visit the bitcastle official website: https://bitcastle.io/en and click “Login” in the top-right corner.

2,Click “Forgot password?”
3.Enter the email address registered with bitcastle and click “Send.”
4.You will receive an email titled:“[bitcastle] Password Reset”
Please open the email and copy the 6-digit verification code.
5,Return to the input screen and paste the 6-digit code into the “Verification Code” field.
6.Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
7.Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm New Password” field and click “Save.”
🔐 Password Requirements
Your new password must meet all of the following conditions:
・Between 8 and 50 characters
・Contains both uppercase and lowercase letters (e.g., A–Z, a–z)
・Contains at least one number (e.g., 0–9)
・Contains at least one symbol
(e.g., ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; > = < ? @ [ ] ^ _ { | } ~)
8.Complete the slide puzzle verification.
✅If 2FA is enabled, you will be prompted to enter your 2FA recovery/verification code at this stage.
Please open your authentication app and enter the displayed code.
9.When the message “Changed” appears, the password reset process is complete.
📱 On the App
1.Open the bitcastle app and tap “Register / Login” on the main screen.
2.Enter your registered email address and tap “Next.”
3.Tap “Forgot password?”
4.Enter your registered email address again and tap “Send.”
5.You will receive an email titled:
“[bitcastle] Password Reset ”
Copy the 6-digit verification code from the email.
6.Return to the app and paste the code into the “Verification Code” field.
7.Enter your new password in the “New Password” field.
8.Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm New Password” field and tap “Save.”
🔐 Password Requirements (App)
Your new password must meet the same conditions as above:
・8–50 characters
・Uppercase and lowercase letters
・At least one number
・At least one symbol
9.Complete the slide puzzle verification.
✅If 2FA is enabled, enter your 2FA recovery/verification code when prompted.
10.When “Password successfully changed” is displayed, the password reset process is complete.
