This article explains how to delete a duplicate account on bitcastle.

On bitcastle, each user is allowed to have only one account.
If you have accidentally created multiple accounts, please log in to the account you do not intend to use and follow the steps below to delete it.

1.Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en), hover over the person icon in the top-right corner, and click “Settings”.
2.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Delete Account”.
3.A confirmation message will be displayed.
Please review the content carefully. If there are no issues, check the boxes to agree to the bitcastle Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click “Delete Account”.
5.Your account will now be deleted.
📱 Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en) and tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
2.Tap “Settings”.
3.Scroll down and tap “Delete Account”.
4.A confirmation message will appear.
Please review the content carefully. If there are no issues, check the boxes to agree to the bitcastle Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then tap “Delete Account”.
5.Your account will now be deleted.

3.Tap “Security”.
4.Tap “Delete Account”.
A confirmation message will appear.

5.Your account will now be deleted.
