⚠️ Important
After creating your account, you will not be able to change your registered information until your identity verification (KYC) has been completed.
Please make sure your verification is approved before attempting to update your address.
How to Change Your Phone Number
💻 On PC
1.Log in to bitcastle: https://bitcastle.io/en
2.Hover your mouse over the profile icon in the top-right corner and click your email address.
3..In the “Basic Information” section, update your address and click “Save.”
4.Your address has now been updated.
📱 On Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle: https://bitcastle.io/en
2.Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3.Tap your email address to open your profile.
4.In the “Basic Information” section, update your address and tap “Save.”
5.Your address has now been updated.
📱 On the App
1.Log in to the bitcastle app.
2.Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
3.In the “Basic Information” section, update your address and tap “Save.”
4.Your address has now been updated.
