This article explains how account balances are handled when deleting a bitcastle account.
When an account is deleted, all remaining balances and registered information will be permanently removed.
Please note that deleted accounts cannot be restored, so be sure to review all details carefully before proceeding.
If there is any remaining balance in your account, please withdraw all funds before requesting account deletion.
Once an account has been deleted, we are unable to process any refunds or restore remaining balances.
