This article explains how to change your login password on bitcastle when you are able to log in to your account.
You can change your password from the “Change Password” section in the settings screen.
Please follow the steps below.
💻 For PC
1.Log in to bitcastle: https://bitcastle.io/en
2.Hover over the person icon at the top of the screen and click “Settings.”
3.Scroll down and click “Change Password.”
4.Enter the following information:
・Current password
・New password
・New password (confirmation)
✅ Password requirements:
・8–50 characters
・Must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
・Allowed symbols: ! # < > ) ( & @ % + $ * . _ -
5.Click “Save. Cahnges”
6.If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter your 2FA code when prompted.
Your password change is now complete.
📱 For Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle: https://bitcastle.io/en
2.Tap the person icon at the top right of the screen.
3.Scroll down and tap “Settings.”
4.Scroll down and tap “Change Password.”
5.Enter the following information:
・Current password
・New password
・New password (confirmation)
✅ Password requirements:

・Must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols

6.Tap “Save. Cahnges”

1.Log in to the bitcastle app and tap the person icon in the top left corner.
2.Tap “Settings,” then tap “Security.”
3.Tap “Change Password.”
4.Enter the following information:
・Current password
・New password
・New password (confirmation)
✅ Password requirements:

・Must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
・Allowed symbols: ! # < > ) ( & @ % + $ * . _ -
5.Tap “Save.”
