This article explains how to deposit cryptocurrency into your bitcastle account.
💻 On PC
1.Log in to your bitcastle account (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Hover over the “Deposit” button in the top-right corner and click “Deposit Crypto.”
📱 On Mobile Web
1. Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner and tap the Deposit button at the top of the screen.
📱 On the bitcastle App
1. Log in to the bitcastle app.
2. Tap the Deposit button displayed next to Total Balance,
or tap Deposit from the main function menu (Withdraw, Trade, HIGH & LOW, Referral, etc.).
📌 Common Steps (PC / Mobile Web / App)
3.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to deposit.
4.Select the network.
⚠️ Please make sure that the network you select matches the network used by the sending platform (exchange, wallet, etc.).
Sending cryptocurrency to the wrong address or via the wrong blockchain may result in permanent loss of your funds.
5.After selecting the network, your unique deposit address will be displayed.
6.You can either scan the QR code or copy the address using the copy icon and use it for your transfer.
*Note: Default Wallet will be Spot Wallet
⚠️ Important Notes
・Always double-check the coin type, network, and deposit address before sending funds.
・Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed. If the network or address is incorrect, funds may be permanently lost.
・Some networks may require additional information such as a Destination Tag, Memo, or Payment ID. Make sure to include it when needed.
・Deposits will be reflected after the required number of block confirmations.
・Make sure to send a supported token on a supported network. Unsupported assets cannot be recovered.
