In this article, we will explain how to check your cryptocurrency deposit address.
A deposit address is the address required when sending funds from another wallet to your bitcastle wallet.
⚠️ Important Notes
・A deposit address is not an email address.
・Each cryptocurrency has its own unique deposit address.
Sending a different coin to that address may result in a permanent loss of funds.
・Always double-check the address before sending.
If assets are sent to the wrong address, bitcastle cannot recover them.
💻 On PC (Web Version)
1. Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2. Hover over the Deposit button at the top right, then click Deposit Crypto.
📱 On Mobile Web
1. Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right and tap the Deposit button at the top of the screen.
📱 On the bitcastle App
1. Log in to the bitcastle app.
2. Tap the Deposit button next to Total Balance,
or tap Deposit from the main function menu (Withdraw, Trade, HIGH & LOW, Referral, etc.).
📌 Steps (Common for PC, Mobile Web, and App)
3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit and tap/click Next.
4. Select the network.
⚠️ Please ensure that the network matches the one selected on the platform you are sending from.
Sending crypto to an incorrect address or blockchain network may result in permanent loss.
5. After selecting the network, your unique deposit address will be displayed.
6. You can scan the QR code or tap the copy icon (□) to copy the address and use it for your transfer.
*Note: Default Wallet will be Spot Wallet
