This article explains three ways to submit your identity verification documents on bitcastle.
🟡 Method 1: Proceed Directly After User Information Registration
1. Complete the user information registration.
2.After registration, a prompt to submit identity verification documents will appear on the screen.
3.Follow the on-screen instructions and submit the required information and documents.
🟠 Method 2: Submit via the “Unverified” Status
1. You can also proceed by clicking or tapping the “Unverified” status displayed below your email address.
🟢 Method 3: Submit from “Account Level” After Logging In

1.Log in to bitcastle: https://bitcastle.io/en
2.Click or tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Click or tap “Account Level”, then select “Upgrade” under the Level 3 section.
4. Click or tap “Next”.

1. Log in to the bitcastle app.
2.Tap the profile icon at the top left of the screen.
3. Tap “Account Level”, then select “Upgrade” under the Level 3 section.
4. Tap “Next”.
