For security reasons, identity verification is conducted under strict review.
If your application is not approved, please follow the steps below to check the reason and resubmit your information.reasons.

2.Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2.Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

1.Log in to the bitcastle app.
2.Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner.
📌 Common Steps (PC / Mobile Web / App)
3.Under your email address, tap or click the red message:
“Rejected – Identity Verification Rejected.”
4.You will be able to view the reason for rejection.

5.After reviewing the reason, click or tap “Update Identity Information” and resubmit your verification.
