How to Cancel an Order

This article explains how to cancel an order on bitcastle.

💻 For PC Web

1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).

2.Hover your cursor over the document/file icon at the top of the screen and click “Trade.”

3.A list of orders will be displayed. Click “Cancel” on the right side of the order you wish to cancel.

4.When the confirmation message “Do you want to cancel this order?” appears, click “Yes.”
Your order has now been canceled.


📱 For Mobile Web

1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).

2.Tap the profile (person) icon at the top of the screen.

3.Tap “Order History,” then tap “Trade.”

4.A list of orders will be displayed. Tap “Cancel” on the right side of the order you wish to cancel.

5.When the confirmation message “Do you want to cancel this order?” appears, tap “Yes.”
Your order has now been canceled.


📱 For the App

1.Log in to the bitcastle app and tap the profile (person) icon at the top left of the screen.

2.Tap “Order History.”

3.A list of orders will be displayed. Tap “Cancel” on the right side of the order you wish to cancel.

4.When the confirmation message “Do you want to cancel this order?” appears, tap “Yes.”
Your order has now been canceled.


⚠️ Important Notes
・Orders that have already been filled cannot be canceled.
・Please review the order details carefully before canceling.
