Step 1: Click the Start Button
After completing your bitcastle account registration, a “Identity Verification” pop-up will appear.
To begin verification, please click the “Start” button.
⚠️ Please note:
If identity verification is not completed, most bitcastle features will not be available.
If you click “Later” and close the window, you can display the pop-up again by reloading the bitcastle website or app.
Step 2: Enter Registration Information
When proceeding with account verification, the first step is to register your personal information.
Please ensure that:
All information is entered accurately
The information matches your identification document as closely as possible
Identity verification at bitcastle is conducted strictly.
If incorrect information is entered, your application may be rejected and require resubmission.
If forged identification documents are detected, your account will be immediately frozen.
Once you complete entering your information, click “Continue” to proceed.
The following screen will be displayed. Please click the “Continue” button to proceed with identity verification.
Step 3: Identity Verification
Select Account Type
Please select the correct account type:
Individual Account → For personal use
Corporate Account → For business or company use

⚠️ Please note:
Once selected, the account type cannot be changed later.
After selecting, click “Continue” to proceed.
â—ŹSubmit Identification Documents
The following screen will be displayed. Please click “Agree and Continue.”
Next, click “Start Verification.”
Select your nationality and choose the ID type you will use for verification, then click “Continue.”

Upload images of both the front and back sides and follow the on-screen instructions.
※ For My Number Card, please select ID Card
âś… If you select Resitence permit
Upload images of both the front and back sides and follow the on-screen instructions.
You can complete this process on the website or switch to mobile by selecting “Continue on your smartphone.”
After uploading all required photos, click “Next” to continue.
Step 4: Selfie Verification
Place your face inside the frame and wait a few seconds for the system to recognize your face.
Once the selfie is completed, your document submission will be finished.
bitcastle will review your verification within 2–24 hours.
You can check your verification status by clicking your email inside bitcastle.
If your verification result is Rejected, you will need to submit verification again.
