This article explains the reasons why your Futures Bonus balance may decrease.
Futures Bonuses have a validity period based on each campaign’s conditions (usually 14 days).
If the bonus exceeds the validity period, it will be automatically deducted from your Futures Bonus balance by the system.
✅ Example :
・If you receive a 10 USDT Futures Bonus on October 1, the bonus is valid until October 15.
・If you receive an additional 15 USDT on October 10, that bonus is valid until October 24.
At this point, your total Futures Bonus balance is 25 USDT.
📉 Balance changes after expiration :
・On October 16, the first 10 USDT bonus has expired, and your balance decreases to 15 USDT.
・On October 25, the second bonus expires, and your balance becomes 0 USDT.
💡 Key Point :
Please use your bonuses within the 14-day validity period.
Any unused portion will be automatically deducted after expiration and cannot be reused.
