The bitcastle Affiliate Program allows partners to earn commissions of up to 70% from both Spot and Futures trading.
Affiliate levels are evaluated monthly based on trading volume or trader activity, with Spot and Futures volumes counted separately as qualifying conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- Commission will be automatically sent to the affiliate’s bitcastle account realtime;
- Hijacking official traffic or jeopardizing bitcastle clients' account security will lead to the cancellation of the affiliate membership immediately, and any commission receivables will be revoked. (Including but not limited to using content similar to bitcastle's official social media accounts, website content, or domain names for redirects, or placing bitcastle ads through search engines, etc.);
- We do not credit commissions for Zero-fee trades;
- bitcastle reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in affiliate programs and revoke any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn commissions. This includes bulk-account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity concerning unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- bitcastle reserves the final right to interpret this program, subject to modification without prior notice.

What is the bitcastle Affiliate Program?
bitcastle affiliate is a partner with the same mission and values as bitcastle. Through the bitcastle Affiliate Program, you can create unique referral links wherein anyone who clicks on the link and completes the registration will automatically be classified as your invitee. You will receive a commission upon completed Spot and/or Futures trades by your invitees, excluding zero-fee trades.
How to earn commissions?
Step 1: Join the bitcastle Affiliate Program
Apply to the bitcastle Affiliate Program by submitting the application form on the Affiliate page. Once approved, you can start promoting immediately.

You can create and manage your unique referral link on the My Referral Codes page.
Share your link across your website, social media channels, or other platforms.
Step 3: Earn commission easily
When a user registers through your referral link and completes Spot or Futures trades that incur trading fees, you will earn a commission of up to 70% of the trading fees.
Commissions are calculated in real time and are automatically credited to your Spot wallet.
How can I partner with sub-affiliates?
As an affiliate, you can get your own sub-affiliates easily by the following steps
- Share your referral link and invite your friends to join bitcastle.
- Invite your friends to join the affiliate program.
- Once you have your friends join an affiliate program, you get sub-affiliates.
- Earn commissions on invitees’ trading fees and sub-affiliates' earned commissions.
- Track the performance data on the Affiliates page.

What can be the reason behind my removal as an affiliate from the program?
For account security, you’ll be removed from the affiliate program if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to:
- Redirecting users to bitcastle from websites that resemble the bitcastle official website, including:
- Websites mirroring the look and feel of the bitcastle website
- Websites with similar URLs as our official URL (www.bitcastle.io), such as www.bitcastle.xxx.io
- Websites loaded with bitcastle logos as clickbait
- Using social media accounts that resemble the bitcastle official social media account, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Sending invitation emails or text messages by impersonating bitcastle
- Advertising bitcastle's brand keywords such as bitcastle in search engines, including Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo, and Naver
- Self-inviting through multiple accounts
- Invitation of unauthorized users
bitcastle reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program and modify the terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
What are bitcastle Affiliate levels and Commission details?
Affiliate levels are evaluated on the first day of each month, based on the previous month’s performance.
The evaluation criteria include trading volume or trader activity, calculated from Spot and/or Futures trades.
Partners can qualify for a level upgrade by meeting either of the following conditions:
The required monthly trading volume, or
The required number of New Traders or Active Traders
If the requirements for the current level are not met for three consecutive months, the affiliate level may be adjusted accordingly.
Level upgrades are applied monthly once the eligibility criteria are met.

However, identity verification may be required for withdrawals or certain account activities, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Affiliates earn commissions from a portion of the trading fees generated by their referrals, as well as commissions earned by their sub-affiliates, in accordance with the program’s commission structure.
When will I get paid?
Commissions are calculated and credited in real time after eligible trades are completed by your referrals or sub-affiliates.
