This article explains how to trade HIGH & LOW on bitcastle.
1. Transfer (Deposit) Funds
💻 PC (Web)
1)Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en) and click “HIGH & LOW” at the top of the screen.
2(Click “Transfer” on the right side of the screen.
3)Select “Trade” as the Transfer From account and “HIGH & LOW” as the Transfer To account.
4)Select a currency from USDT or JPY.
5)Enter the amount in the Amount field.
6)Confirm the details and click “Transfer”.
7)The transfer (deposit) will be completed. You can check the transaction history in your wallet.
📱 Mobile Web
1)Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en) and tap the three-line menu in the top-left corner.
2)Tap “HIGH & LOW”, then tap “HIGH & LOW Trading”.
3)Tap the square icon in the top-left corner and select “Transfer”.
4)Tap “Transfer” again.
5)Select “Trade” as the Transfer From account and “HIGH & LOW” as the Transfer To account.
6)Select USDT or JPY.
7)Enter the amount.
8)Confirm the details and tap “Transfer”.
9)The transfer (deposit) will be completed. You can check the transaction history in your wallet.
📱 App
1)Log in to the bitcastle app and tap “HIGH & LOW” from the buttons displayed in the center of the screen.
2)Tap the “…” icon in the top-right corner of the HIGH & LOW screen and select “Transfer”.
3)Select “Trade” as the Transfer From account and “HIGH & LOW” as the Transfer To account.
4)Select USDT or JPY.
5)Enter the amount.
6)Confirm the details and tap “Transfer”.
7)The transfer (deposit) will be completed. You can check the transaction history in your wallet.
Steps 2–6 are common for PC, Mobile Web, and App
2. Select Option Type
Choose from High / Low or Lightning.
You can switch option types by tapping the tabs.
3. Select a Trading PairTap the trading pair slider in the center of the screen and select a trading pair from “All”.
4. Select Expiry Time
Click or tap to select your desired expiry (judgment) time.
5. Enter Trade Amount
Enter the amount using the “+” or “−” buttons,
or adjust the amount by moving the slider (○ button).
・Order amount per trade:
1–10,000 USDT, or
100–1,000,000 JPY
・Please enter numbers using half-width characters.
・Order limits may apply.
・The maximum cumulative order amount within 24 hours is
100,000 USDT or 10,000,000 JPY.
6. Predict “HIGH” or “LOW”
After entering the amount, predict the outcome and tap “HIGH” or “LOW” to place the order.
You can also select HIGH / LOW by clicking the arrows on the chart.
7. Check Results
💻 PC
Click the clock icon in the top-right corner and select “Order History”.
Select “Completed Trades”, then tap “🔽” on the trade you want to view for details.
📱 Mobile Web
Tap the square icon in the top-left corner and select “Order History”.
Select “Completed Trades”, then tap “🔽” to view details.
📱 App
Tap the “…” icon in the top-right corner and select “Order History”.
Select “Completed Trades”, then tap “🔽” to view details.
⚠️ Important Note
If the price at the expiry time is the same as the price at the start time (a draw/tie),
the purchase amount will be treated as a loss. Please be aware of this before trading.
