How to Buy Cryptocurrency

This article explains how to purchase cryptocurrency on bitcastle.

💻 On PC

1.Log in to your bitcastle account (https://bitcastle.io/en).

2.Click “Buy Crypto” in the top-left corner of the screen.
 

3.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase.
 

4.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase, choose your preferred payment method from Onramper, Transak, or Alchemy under the “Payment Method” section, and click “Continue.”
 

5.Depending on the selected provider, a different payment screen will be displayed.
Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the process according to the third-party provider’s guidance.


📱 On Mobile Web

1.Log in to your bitcastle account (https://bitcastle.io/en).

2.Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top-right corner, then tap “Buy Crypto.”
 

3.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase.
 

4.Select the network.
 

5..Under the “Deposit Method” section, select your preferred option from Onramper, Transak, or Alchemy, and tap “Continue.”
 

6.Depending on the selected provider, a different payment screen will be displayed.

📱 On the App

1.Log in to the bitcastle app.

2.Tap “Wallet” in the bottom-right corner.
 

3.Tap “Buy.”
 

4.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase.
 

5.Select the network.
 

6.Under the “Deposit Method” section, select your preferred option from Onramper, Transak, or Alchemy, and tap “Continue.”
 

7.Depending on the selected provider, a different payment screen will be displayed.
