This article explains how to disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) when you are already logged in to your bitcastle account.

1.Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en), hover over the person icon in the top-right corner, and click “Settings”.
2.Under “Two-Factor Authentication”, click “Turn Off”.
3.A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click “Turn Off” to proceed.
4.Enter your login password and the 2FA removal code, then click “Confirm”.
5.Two-Factor Authentication will now be disabled.
📱 Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle (https://bitcastle.io/en) and tap the person icon in the top-right corner.
2.Tap “Settings”.
3.Under “Two-Factor Authentication”, tap “Turn Off”.
4.A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap “Turn Off” to proceed.
5.Enter your login password and the 2FA removal code, then tap “Confirm”.
6.Two-Factor Authentication will now be disabled.
📱 App
1.Log in to the bitcastle app and tap the person icon in the top-left corner.
2.Tap “Settings”, then tap “Security”.
3.Tap “the blue button” under “Two-Factor Authentication”.
4.A confirmation pop-up will appear. Tap “Turn Off”.
5.Enter your login password and the 2FA removal code, then tap “Confirm”.
6.Two-Factor Authentication will now be disabled.
