This article explains how to withdraw funds from your Futures account on bitcastle.
⚠️ Important Notice
You cannot withdraw directly from the Futures wallet.
To withdraw funds, please follow this process:
👉 Transfer funds from Futures Wallet → Trading (Funds) Wallet
👉 Submit a withdrawal request from the Trading (Funds) Wallet
💻 For PC
1.Log in to bitcastle（https://bitcastle.io/en） and hover over the wallet icon at the top right, then click “Futures”
2.Click “Transfer” on the right side of the screen.
3.Set the following:
・From: FUTURES
・To: SPOT
・Currency: USDT (only USDT can be transferred)
・Amount: Enter the USDT amount you wish to transfer
4.Click “Transfer.”
After the transfer is completed, please submit your withdrawal request by referring to the following help article:

1.Log in to bitcastle （https://bitcastle.io/en）and tap the profile icon at the top right.
2.Tap “Wallet” → “Futures”
3.Tap “Transfer.”
4.Set the following:
・From: FUTURES
・To: SPOT
・Currency: USDT (only USDT can be transferred)
・Amount: Enter the USDT amount you wish to transfer
5.Tap “Transfer.”

3.Select “Futures” at the top of the screen.
4.Tap “Transfer.”
5.Set the following:

・Currency: USDT (only USDT can be transferred)
・Amount: Enter the USDT amount you wish to transfer
6.Tap “Transfer” to complete the process.
