This article explains how to transfer funds between wallets on bitcastle.
💻 For PC Web
1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Hover your cursor over the wallet icon at the top right of the screen.
3.Select the wallet from which you would like to transfer funds.
✅ Fund transfers are available only between the following wallets:
・Funding Wallet
・Spot Wallet
・Futures Wallet
・HIGH & LOW Wallet
💡 In the example below, we explain how to transfer funds from the Spot Wallet to the Futures Wallet.
4.Click the “Transfer” button to open a pop-up window.
5.In the “From” field, select the wallet you want to transfer funds from.
6.In the “To” field, select the destination wallet.
7.Click “Currency” and select the currency.
8.Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
⚠️ Only amounts up to your available balance can be entered.
9.Once all required fields are selected and entered, the “Transfer” button will turn blue. Click it.
10.The fund transfer is now complete.
📱 For Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Tap the profile (person) icon at the top right of the screen.
3.Tap “Wallet”, then select the wallet you wish to transfer funds from.
✅ Fund transfers are available only between the following wallets:
・Funding Wallet
・Spot Wallet
・Futures Wallet
・HIGH & LOW Wallet
💡 In the example below, we explain how to transfer funds from the Spot Wallet to the Futures Wallet.

3.Tap the “Transfer” button to proceed to the next screen.
4.In the “From” field, select the source wallet.
5.In the “To” field, select the destination wallet.
6.Tap “Currency” and select the currency.
7.Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
⚠️ Only amounts up to your available balance can be entered.
8.Once all required fields are completed, the “Transfer” button will turn blue. Tap it.
9.The fund transfer is now complete.
