Now you can deposit JPY directly to your bitcastle wallet using our Bank Transfer method
Please follow the steps below to deposit JPY successfully:
1. Login to your bitcastle account

Move the cursor to the "Deposit" button in the top right corner of the screen. From the dropdown list, choose "Deposit High&Low"
[Mobile Web]
Tap the human-shaped icon in the top right corner and choose [Wallet]. From Wallet, choose [Funding] and tap [Deposit]
[iOS App & Android App]
Tap the [Deposit] buttons that can be seen easily next to the [Total Balance] or next to the main feature buttons such as: Withdraw, Trade, High & Low, Affiliate etc. Choose [Deposit Fiat]
3. JPY is already set for the "Currency" field
4. "Funding" is already set for the "Deposit to wallet" field
5. "Bank Transfer · No fee" will automatically appear in the "Deposit Method" field
6. Put the amount of JPY you wish to deposit in the "Amount" field
7. Click "Next" and a window will pop-up
8. Check carefully "Recipient's Information"and your deposit information (User ID, Deposit Amount, Est. Amount Receivable)
9. Transfer the deposit amount of JPY to Recipient information
*Please be sure to include user ID in the transfer requester's column.
Example: Customer name + User ID
*Please ensure that you enter the same name as the trading account when transferring funds to the recipient
*Please write both the katakana name and the user ID.
10. Your deposit request is created successfully > click "Confirm" once you complete the transaction.
11. You will receive an email of your deposit request with the subject: 【bitcastle】 Deposit request to Funding Wallet
12. If your deposit request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email:【bitcastle】 The deposit to the Funding Wallet is completed."
