This article explains how to use a campaign code on bitcastle.
If you have received a campaign code, you can enter it during the new account registration process to receive special bonuses or promotional offers for new users.
💡 How to Use a Campaign Code
1.Open the following URL: https://bitcastle.io/en
Click “Create account” in the top-right corner of the screen.
✅“Create account” button in the top-right corner of the screen
2.Enter the email address you wish to register in the “Email Address” field.
Check the box to agree to the bitcastle Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click “Register”.
3.A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you entered in step 2.
Please check your inbox.
⚠️Notice
If you are using a mobile carrier email address (such as @docomo, @au, @softbank, etc.), the email may not be delivered due to security settings.
In this case, please allow emails from @bitcastle.io.
✅You will receive an email with the following content.
4.Enter the verification code, set a password and confirmation password, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click “Submit”.
⚠️Notice
●The verification code is valid for 15 minutes.If it expires, please click “Resend” to receive a new code.
●Your password must meet the following requirements:
・Length: 8–50 characters
・Must include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
・Allowed symbols: ! # < > ( ) & @ % + $ * . _ -
5.Enter the campaign code you received in the “Campaign Code” field, then click “Submit”.
⚠️ Important
Campaign codes can be entered only during initial registration.
They cannot be added or changed after registration is completed.
6.A slide puzzle will appear. Slide the arrow to the right to complete the puzzle.
7.When the message “registered successfully” is displayed, your account registration is complete.
💡 At this stage, your account is in Temporary Registration (Level 2) status.
