This article explains how to withdraw cryptocurrency to an external wallet or exchange.
1.After logging in to your bitcastle account:https://bitcastle.io/en
💻 On PC: Hover over the wallet icon in the top-right corner.
📱 On Mobile Web: Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, then tap “Wallet.”
📱 On the App: Tap “Wallet” in the bottom-right corner.
📌 Common Steps (PC / Mobile Web / App)
2.Select “Spot” from the list, then tap “Withdraw.”
3.Select the cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw.
⚠️ Please ensure that the destination supports the selected cryptocurrency.
Sending funds to an incompatible address may result in permanent loss of assets.
Please carefully verify the withdrawal address. bitcastle is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect addresses.
4.Select the network.
Please make sure that the selected network matches the destination.
5.Enter the withdrawal address.
Please obtain the correct address from your destination exchange or service.
6.Enter the amount.
The available withdrawal amount is the balance minus the withdrawal fee.
7.Select the withdrawal fee.
You can choose to pay the fee using either your Trading Wallet or Reward Wallet balance.
8.After completing all inputs, tap or click “Withdraw.”
9.Enter the 6-digit code for two-factor authentication (2FA).
10.A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Please review the details and click the “Confirm Withdrawal” button in the email.
⚠️ If you do not click the confirmation button, your request will remain unconfirmed and will not be processed.
⏳ Processing Time
For security reasons, withdrawals may take several days from the date of application to be processed.
Processing times may be longer during periods of high request volume.
