This article explains how to cancel a withdrawal request.
💻 On PC
1.Log in to your bitcastle account (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2,Hover over the wallet icon in the top-right corner and click “Spot.”
3.Hover over the “...” menu on the right side and click “Transaction History.”
4.Click “Deposit ▼” and select “Withdrawal.”
5.Select the transaction you want to cancel and click “Cancel .”
6.When the confirmation message “Do you want to cancel this transaction?” appears, click “Confirm.”
7.If the cancellation is successful, the status will change to “Canceled.”
📱 On Mobile Web
1.Log in to your bitcastle account (https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3.Tap “Wallet,” then tap “Spot.”
4.Tap the clock icon, then tap “Deposit ▼” and select “Withdrawal.”
5.Select the transaction you want to cancel and tap “Cancel .”
6.When the confirmation message appears, tap “Confirm.”
7.If the cancellation is successful, the status will change to “Canceled.”
📱 On the App
1.Log in to the bitcastle app and tap “Wallet” in the bottom-right corner.
2.Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner and select “Withdrawal.”
3.Select the transaction you want to cancel and tap “Cancel.”
4.When the confirmation message appears, tap “Yes.”
5.If the cancellation is successful, the status will change to “Canceled.”
📝 Notes
・You can check the withdrawal address by tapping the “?” (help) icon.
・Only pending withdrawal requests can be canceled.
・Once a withdrawal has been approved, it cannot be canceled.
・If you do not click the confirmation button in the email, the request will remain in a pending state.
