This article explains how to change your Anti-Phishing Code that has already been set on bitcastle.
⚠️ Important Before You Start
Before changing your Anti-Phishing Code, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) must be enabled.
🔗 How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
💻 For PC Web
1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Hover your cursor over the profile (person) icon at the top right of the screen and click “Settings.”
3.In the “Anti-Phishing Code” section, click “Update.”
4.Under “Change Anti-Phishing Code,” enter your new code.
・The code must be 4–20 characters, alphanumeric only, and no special characters (half-width characters).
5.Enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code in the corresponding field and click “Update.”
6.Once the change is complete, a confirmation screen stating
“Your Anti-Phishing Code is active” will be displayed.
📱 For Mobile Web
1.Log in to bitcastle(https://bitcastle.io/en).
2.Tap the profile (person) icon at the top right of the screen.
3.Scroll down and tap “Settings.”
4.In the “Anti-Phishing Code” section, tap “Update.”
Under “Change Anti-Phishing Code,” enter your new code.
5.The code must be 4–20 characters, alphanumeric only, and no special characters (half-width characters).
・Enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code and tap “Update.”
6.When the update is successful, a screen stating
“Your Anti-Phishing Code is active” will be displayed.
📱 For the App
1.Log in to the bitcastle app and tap the profile (person) icon at the top left of the screen.
2.Tap “Settings,” then tap “Security.”
3.Tap “Anti-Phishing Code.”
4.Under “Change Anti-Phishing Code,” enter your new code.
・The code must be 4–20 characters, alphanumeric only, and no special characters (half-width characters).
5.Enter your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) code and tap “Change.”
6.Once the change is complete, the Anti-Phishing Code will be displayed in the settings screen with part of the code masked for security.
